The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and React.js, with AWS, microservices, and CI/CD expertise, plus Docker/Kubernetes and strong engineering leadership.

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Strong Technical Lead Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend technologies, React.js frontend development, AWS cloud services, and microservices architecture. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack applications using Python (Fast API, Flask, Django) and React.js.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices-based and cloud-native solutions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to support business applications.
• Build and deploy solutions on AWS cloud using services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and support.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize application performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in full-stack application development, cloud-native architecture, and engineering leadership.
• We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record of designing scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality software products in Agile environments.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, and Django.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Redux, and modern frontend development practices.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices-based and distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience building, integrating, and securing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services including EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and cloud-native application deployment.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL database technologies.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, testing frameworks, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle best practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
