Job summary

Brose Group is seeking a technical lead for Python-based engineering and digitalization applications in Pune. You will drive backend development, implement AI-enabled data solutions, and coach the team to raise code quality and architecture standards.

The role requires strong Python expertise, experience designing complex enterprise apps, and solid knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and modern dev practices. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Informatics or similar.
• Several years of experience in software development with Python.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex engineering, enterprise or web-based applications.
• Good knowledge of software architecture, databases, REST APIs and modern development practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to understand engineering processes, derive technical concepts and implement solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills and experience in technical leadership.
• Good English language skills
