Job summary

Amantya Technologies is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead (Hardware) based in Gurgaon to drive PCB design and hardware development across products. You will lead high-speed digital, analog, and RF considerations, while coordinating with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 9–14 years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in electrical engineering, and proven project leadership abilities in hardware development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in hardware, PCB design and Product Development.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, signal integrity, and power distribution.
• Experience with high-speed digital design, analog circuitry, and RF design is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
