The role requires hands-on leadership, strong governance, and the ability to work with global customers and cross-functional teams, while mentoring PCB Designers and ECAD Library Engineers to meet schedules and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in PCBA Design and ECAD Model Creation.
• 6+ years in Team Lead / Engineering Manager roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM.
• Strong experience in PCB Design, Library Management, and ECAD Data Management.
• Experience managing and mentoring PCB Designers and ECAD Library Engineers.
• Strong client coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with global customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable.
• Project management and resource planning experience is an added advantage.
