Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware design experience required.
• Strong expertise in schematic design and PCB layout.
• Deep knowledge of analog/digital circuits, power electronics and high-speed design.
• Experience with Microcontrollers, FPGAs, Embedded SoCs, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, UART.
• Proven leadership in hardware design reviews, risk management, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hardware architecture for new products.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams to deliver robust hardware solutions.
• Lead hardware design reviews and manage technical risk across projects.
• Champion innovation and development of next-generation hardware platforms.
