Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex multilayer PCBs using Cadence Allegro and/or Altium Designer
• Handle high‑speed layout tasks including stack‑up design, differential pair routing, impedance control, and matched delay
• Create and validate component footprints and manage PCB libraries
• Ensure all designs comply with IPC, UL, and MIL standards
• Collaborate with hardware and mechanical teams to meet DFM and DFT requirements
• Apply PCB design guidelines for EMI/EMC compliance
• Support hardware testing and prototype validation activities

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 6 years of relevant PCB design experience
• Hands‑on proficiency in Cadence Allegro and/or Altium Designer
• Strong expertise in high‑speed and multilayer layout — stack‑up design, differential pair, impedance control, and matched delay
• Sound knowledge of SMD and through‑hole electronic components
• Very good knowledge of IPC-2221A, IPC‑SM‑782, IPC‑7351, UL and MIL standards
• Hands‑on experience in footprint creation, validation, and PCB library management
• Good understanding of EMI/EMC design guidelines with some exposure to hardware testing

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
