AlphaBridge Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead for Network Products & Solution Support in Delhi. The candidate will be the technical owner for AlphaBridge products and responsible for L2/L3 escalation support, customer interactions, and preparing detailed solution documentation.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in ISP or networking product companies, with a strong grounding in networking protocols and design. This role involves leading technical discussions and supporting customer satisfaction.

• 8–12 years experience in relevant fields.
• Background from ISP, telecom OEM, or networking companies.
• Experience handling customer-facing technical escalations.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical owner for AlphaBridge products.
• Provide L2/L3 escalation support for customer issues.
• Prepare and review solution architecture and documentation.
• Train sales and support teams on products.

Connaissances

Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching

VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QinQ

Routing: Static, OSPF, BGP basics

MPLS understanding

SFP/SFP+/QSFP optics knowledge

Enterprise and ISP network design

HLD/LLD preparation

Troubleshooting packet-level/network-level issues

CLI-based configuration

POC execution and customer handling

Technical Lead – Network Products & Solution Support ( L2)

Core Responsibility

This person will be the technical owner for AlphaBridge products, responsible for:

• L2/L3 escalation support for customer issues.
• Preparing and reviewing HLD / LLD / BOQ / solution architecture.
• Supporting POCs, demos, interoperability testing.
• Handling technical discussions with customers like ISPs, TSPs, enterprises, government, SI partners.
• Creating product documentation, troubleshooting guides, SOPs and knowledge base.
• Coordinating with OEM/R&D/factory for bugs, firmware, feature requests and product improvements.
• Training sales and support teams on products and use cases.
• Supporting tender technical compliance and deviations.
• Owning post-sales technical closure and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required

Look for someone with strong hands-on experience in:

• Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching
• VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QinQ
• Routing: Static, OSPF, BGP basics/preferred
• MPLS understanding — good to have
• SFP/SFP+/QSFP optics knowledge
• Enterprise and ISP network design
• HLD/LLD preparation
• Troubleshooting packet-level/network-level issues
• CLI-based configuration
• POC execution and customer handling

Experience Level

Ideal profile:

• 8–12 years experience
