Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Hands-on Hibernate/JPA experience.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Distributed systems and enterprise architecture fundamentals.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 8–12 years of software development with minimum 2–3 years as Technical Lead.
• Worked in IT Services delivering enterprise applications.
• Proven ability delivering fixed-cost/fixed-bid projects.
• Strong client interaction, communication, and ownership.

Requirements

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application architecture
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
• Strong understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube, and Jenkins
• 8–12 years of experience in software development
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Technical Lead
• Must have worked in IT Services companies delivering enterprise applications
• Proven experience delivering fixed-cost/fixed-bid projects
• Strong technical design and architecture experience
