Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development.
Experience developing and supporting applications using Java, React, and Python.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technology teams.

Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, databases, data structures, RESTful APIs, microservices, application integration, and distributed systems.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, version control, code reviews, testing, deployment, release processes, and production support.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, data modeling, data integrity, and secure data handling.
Knowledge of cloud deployment, scalability, availability, monitoring, cost management, and infrastructure.
Experience with React and component-based frontend development.
Experience with Java-based application frameworks and Python frameworks or libraries.
Understanding of secure software development, authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management, secure APIs, and access controls.
Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, software architecture, or relevant technologies are preferred.
Technology consulting, financial services, banking, insurance, or complex enterprise experience is preferred.
