Job summary

ADP's US HR Technical Implementation Analyst role focuses on implementing, stabilizing, supporting, and optimizing Lyric HCM HR solutions for US payroll and compliance. • Education in technical stream: BE / B.Tech / M. Tech / BCS / MCS / etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely resolution of complex HR and HCM technology issues.
• Lead HR implementation activities including configuration, validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure HR data integrity across Lyric HCM and downstream systems.
• Mentor consultants and improve team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain client confidence during critical payroll cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HR setup and integration issues.
• Manage escalations and provide support during payroll processing cycles, including critical periods.
• Prioritize and resolve Jira-based HR incidents and defects.
• Analyze payroll data flow between HCM and payroll engines (Autopay, PI).
• Resolve mapping, interface, and calculation logic issues.
• Ensure accurate integration with GL, banking, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Serve as a HR SME for clients and internal teams.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing.
• Analyze trends and recommend process and product improvements.
• Support leadership with escalations, workflow management, and strategic initiatives.
• Deep expertise in US HR setup, payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance.
