Qualifications

Job description

* Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other Functional consultants* Develop, document, and deliver solutions with utmost quality adhering to our best practices* Actively participate in entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations like design, estimation, development, documentation, testing and take ownership wherever required* Configuration knowledge/consulting skills for SAP payroll* Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR Ops, IT, and Client to deliver scalable, business-aligned payroll solutions.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, configuration, and compliance, as well as the ability to lead and support payroll optimization initiatives.
