Job summary

ADP is seeking a US HR - Technical Implementation Analyst to lead and optimize Lyric HCM HR solutions for US payroll, compliance, and data integrity. You will translate business requirements into HR configurations and mentor delivery teams.

You will oversee configuration, testing, go-live readiness, troubleshooting, and ongoing support during critical payroll cycles, ensuring client success and operational excellence across downstream systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, consulting, or HCM/payroll technology.
• 5+ years hands-on US HR setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Education in technical stream: BE / B.Tech / M. Tech / BCS / MCS / etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely resolution of complex HR and HCM technology issues.
• Lead HR implementation activities including configuration, validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure HR data integrity across Lyric HCM and downstream systems.
• Mentor consultants and improve team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain client confidence during critical payroll cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HR setup and integration issues.
• Manage escalations and provide support during payroll processing cycles, including critical periods.
• Prioritize and resolve Jira-based HR incidents and defects.
• Analyze payroll data flow between HCM and payroll engines (Autopay, PI).
• Resolve mapping, interface, and calculation logic issues.
• Ensure accurate integration with GL, banking, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Serve as a HR SME for clients and internal teams.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing.
• Analyze trends and recommend process and product improvements.
• Support leadership with escalations, workflow management, and strategic initiatives.

The US HR Technical Implementation Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for the successful implementation, stabilization, support, and optimization of Lyric HCM HR solutions. The role combines US HR domain expertise, technical problem-solving & client delivery, to ensure accurate HR setup, payroll processing, compliance, and client success.
