Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in data center environments.
• Support and manage RAID configurations, rack-mounted equipment, and Enterprise Servers.
• Provide technical support to Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
