Job summary

LeapSwitch Networks is seeking a Data Center Technical Support Specialist to monitor and support data center infrastructure in Panvel. You will handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers as well as network hardware.

The role requires 1–2 years in data center operations or IT infrastructure, with relevant certifications preferred. On-site work in Panvel with shift-based duties and handovers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Center Operations, IT infrastructure or system support.
• B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science / IT / Related stream required.
• Certifications: MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and monitoring for Data Center infrastructure and servers.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers and network hardware.
• Perform routine health checks, rack placement, cabling, and hardware maintenance.
• Manage shift handovers, log incidents, and operate ticketing/escalation per SOP.
• Coordinate with vendor support for hardware replacement and maintenance.
