Job description
Kraf Illumination seeks a client-facing Technical Head to be the primary technical authority across clients, project sites, and installation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Primary technical contact for architects, designers, and clients
- On-site support during installation, commissioning, and handover
- Guide contractors and electricians on correct product implementation
- Review lighting layouts and flag issues before installation
- Liaise between clients, sales, and warehouse for product delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field
- 3–5 years in lighting or electrical industry
- Hands-on site experience with installation teams
- Strong understanding of LED technology and photometrics
- Ability to read lighting drawings and electrical schematics
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India
