Job summary

A2Z Online Services in Pune, India seeks a Site OEP & ERT Incharge to oversee occupational safety on client sites and ensure compliance with policies.

You will conduct daily rounds, manage shift handovers, address client complaints, monitor electrical and safety controls, and coordinate with senior staff to maintain safe operations.

The role demands vigilance, planning, and reporting to uphold health, safety, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Site OEP & ERT Incharge
• Follow departmental policies, procedures and rules - regulation
• Provide services & maintain the site in safe, secure & healthy state to meet client satisfaction
• Monitor and stop any unsafe work practices
• Oversee safety management system scope and context
• Attend client complaints on priority
• Conduct daily site rounds & supervise ongoing activities
• Report issues to seniors with necessary information
• Hand over shifts and share ongoing work details; monitor observations
• Address shift complaints (electrical, soft services, BMS, lift, security)
• Coordinate & check meter records, electrical parameters checklist; distribute electrical & DG invoices
• Perform miscellaneous important duties/tasks; advance planning for materials/equipment
• Uphold integrity, honesty, fairness & respect with people

• Providing services & maintaining the property in safe, secure & healthy state to meet clients level of satisfaction.
• Authorized to monitor and stop any unsafe work practices.
• Scope and context of occupational health and safety management system
• Attending client complaint on priority.
• Daily site rounds & supervising the ongoing activities on the site.
• In case of various issues, information to be given to seniors.
• As per rounds & ongoing site activities to be reported to Tech-Incharge and submission of shift activity report in each shift
• Shift handing and taking over and sharing the details of ongoing work on site & any specific observations to be monitored & reported.
• Attending shift complaints (electrical, soft services, BMS, lift, security etc.)
• Coordination & check of all meter records, electrical parameters checklist. Distribution of electrical & dg Invoices.
• Miscellaneous important and Duties / Task
• Advance Planning, Organizing and Arranging of material and equipment's required for activity.
• Working with integrity, honesty, fairness & respect with people.
