Cushman & Wakefield Hyderabad is seeking an Executive Technical to oversee day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building technical systems to ensure safe, reliable facility performance.

You will monitor electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, plumbing, and fire & life-safety systems, conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and coordinate with vendors, while supporting energy efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related engineering discipline.
  • 3–6 years of relevant facilities management / building operations experience.
  • Good knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
  • Good communication, documentation, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CMMS / Helpdesk systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, plumbing and fire & life-safety systems.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules and SOPs.
  • Attend technical breakdowns and complaints, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and monitor operating parameters of critical systems.
  • Coordinate with AMC/OEM vendors and supervise maintenance activities at site.
  • Maintain PPM schedules, equipment logs, service reports and breakdown records.
  • Support statutory inspections, audits, emergency drills and compliance activities.
  • Follow EHS requirements including PTW, LOTO, PPE and safe work practices.
  • Monitor energy and utility consumption and support energy-efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide technical support during emergencies, shutdowns and critical facility operations.
