Responsibilities

• MEP Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to R&M processes and performance metrics for efficient operations.
• Ticket Resolution (TAT): Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA.
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective service.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and downtime.
• Cost Control: Optimize maintenance costs within budget (if applicable).
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Team Management: Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.
