Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services invites an experienced PHE & FF design engineer to join our MEP team in Thane, Maharashtra. You will undertake independent PHE & FF design, water supply calculations, STP, rainwater harvesting, and coordinate with drafting and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of professional PHE & FF design experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD. You will work collaboratively to meet deadlines and support junior draftsmen.

Qualifications

• Must possess with 3-4 years of professional experience in PHE & FF system design.
• Flexible attitude to meet deadlines in an environment with changing deadlines.
• Committed to work and personal development, with willingness to widen experience and knowledge base.
• Must possess professional English language skills (written and verbal).
• Should be able to communicate clearly with team members.
• Should have knowledge of softwares such as AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Undertake independent PHE & FF design as per local and international standards.
• Water supply calculations, STP, OWC, Rain water harvesting, Pump head calculations
• Understand and apply NBC, IS, NFPA and other local and international code.
• PHE & FF Project space planning, concept, schematic, detail designing.
• Preparation of Design Basis Report.
• Preparation of Tender documents, BOQ, measurement sheet etc.
• Assist the Draftsman to prepare the drawings for various stages of the project.
• Checking the PHE FF/MEP coordination drawings prepared by the draftsman.
• Coordination with internal MEP team & drafting team.
• Coordination with Architect, Structural consultant, client & PMC.
• Review & approval of technical submittals & shop drawings.
• Review and certification of Handing over documents and as built layouts.
