The role focuses on collecting information from SMEs across departments about new products and features, and owning the creation of user guides.

You will edit and implement feedback, proofread documents from other teams, and ensure clear, accurate content.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

A technical writer to join the training and documentation team, working from our office in Mumbai.

What you’ll do:

• Interfacing with subject matter experts in different departments across the company to gather information about new products and features
• Taking full ownership of user guides with responsibility for writing, editing, and implementing feedback
• Proof-reading and editing documents written by other departments

Requirements:

What you should have:

• At least 4 years’ technical writing experience
• Excellent written English (mother tongue level)
• An engineering background with theoretical and practical experience in IP networking and hands‑on Linux proficiency
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, and familiarity with other commonly used Technical Writing tools
• Experience with AI tool for document creation (MS Copilot, Claude)High attention to detailThe ability to communicate effectively with subject matter experts from different teams and countries
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines and manage one’s own time according to priorities set by the department manager
• Ability to focus on what matters – identifying and conveying key content from within large amounts of complex technical information

What would be great if you have:

• Experience with photo editing tools (e.g.: photoshop, illustrator)
• Good understanding of current trends and methods in the tech writing sphere
• Familiarity with the world of cybersecurity
