- 8–12+ years of progressive, deeply hands-on experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or similar technical leadership role.
- Intense hands-on background securing network, cloud (AWS, Azure Cloud), and application layers, alongside core enterprise applications (ERP). Proven capability in configuring SIEM/SOC platforms and anti-fraud workflows.
- Extensive knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls, and regional data privacy mandates. Proficiency in incident management, disaster recovery, firewalls, VPNs, and anti-malware solutions.
Job Description
- Hands-on SecOps & Architecture: Design and deploy robust safeguards across Network, Cloud, Application, and ERP layers. Personally configure and optimize SIEM, SOC, and XDR workflows to mitigate Financial Fraud, BEC, and payment manipulation.
- AI Security Governance: Design policies, frameworks, workflows, and strict security gates to govern the safe adoption and lifecycle of AI solutions.
- Security Baselines & Operations: Define minimum controls (cloud/endpoint security, identity, MFA, patching, vulnerability management). Manage incident response, escalation processes, and own the relationship with the external SOC/MSSP.
- Global Compliance: Establish Group-wide security baselines and maintain risk registers/decision logs. Lead the ISO/IEC 27001 certification program and coordinate NIS2 compliance, maintaining audit documentation. Ensure architectural alignment with cross-border data protection frameworks.
- Communication & Enablement: Act as the global voice of cybersecurity. Conduct training to promote a security-first culture. Defend the Group’s security posture during client/regulatory audits and own responses to client security questionnaires.
