Alstom in Chennai seeks a Technical Customer Interface Manager to bridge customers and the remote development team, ensuring products meet requirements and regulatory standards while aligning with QCD commitments.
You will collaborate with Project Managers, Train Engineers, and Metier Leaders, organize technical meetings, manage risks, and ensure delivery of contractual technical requirements.

You’ll act as the bridge between our valued customers and the remote project development team, ensuring that the products being developed meet customer and regulatory requirements while aligning with the project’s Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with customer representatives, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders such as Project Managers, Train Engineers, and Metier Leaders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing technical meetings and reviews with customers and the development team, but also ensuring compliance with contractual technical requirements and managing risks proactively.
