ALSTOM in Bengaluru seeks a Lead Engineer to apply expertise in CBTC system integration and validation, delivering complete, correct signalling solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and validate test procedures and system performance to meet project requirements.
You will collaborate with validation, integration, and testing teams to ensure successful start-ups, test procedures, and performance reporting across baselines.

Could you be the full-time Lead Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in system integration and validation to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a complete, correct, and accurate Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) signalling system in line with project requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including validation, integration, and testing teams, to design and execute test procedures, validate system start-ups, and monitor system performance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of system integration and validation activities for CBTC signalling projects, but also support the development of technical policies and lead impact analyses across baselines.
