Alstom in Bengaluru seeks a Bid Technical Manager to lead technical strategy and bid documentation for railway proposals. You will collaborate with Solutions, Sales and Engineering teams to ensure technically robust, cost-competitive bids.
You will analyse customer specifications, coordinate stakeholders, and prepare technical documents to win contracts. A university degree in related engineering and rail experience are valued.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of technically robust and cost-competitive proposals that align with our standard solutions and commercial strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Solutions Teams, Sales Teams, and Services Engineering Teams, while coordinating with external stakeholders such as potential customers and key subcontractors.
You’ll specifically take care of performing requirements compliance analysis and defining technical strategies, but also leading the preparation and consolidation of technical documentation to be delivered with bids.
