Clarivate is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture, governance, and strategic technical direction across CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, and ITOM. You will drive integrations, automation, and platform engineering while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on design leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of upgrade-safe implementations within global enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 9+ years of ServiceNow expertise and at least 3 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the ServiceNow technical standards, architectural and governance framework, and platform technical strategy.
• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe implementations.
• Provide architectural leadership across CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, integrations, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices, and identify opportunities to optimize platform performance, governance, and operational efficiency.

This role will provide technical leadership across architecture, integrations, automation, and platform engineering while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe solutions.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 9+ years of ServiceNow expertise and at least 3 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, governance, and technical strategy.
• Deep expertise in ITOM, CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping & ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions.

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
• Exposure to Now Assist and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent advanced ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, cloud, or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional, and distributed teams within complex enterprise environments.
