Formación

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar in IT or software consulting.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Job Role : Technical Architect - Loyalty Cloud

Role Summary

The Technical Architect is responsible for defining and maintaining architectural frameworks, design patterns, processes, standards, and guidelines related to systems, business, and data architecture. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable and repeatable technical solutions while providing technical leadership, architectural governance, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architectural frameworks, patterns, processes, standards, and guidelines related to systems, business, and data architecture.
• Translate business requirements into system qualities and repeatable design strategies, including adaptability, scalability, availability, and security.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and recommend suitable integration methods.
• Assess the business impact of technical decisions on client business processes.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and guide technical teams in the development of project architectures, ensuring consistency with the approved design.
• Oversee development activities to ensure adherence to architectural standards and initial solution design.
• Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on system design, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and design approaches and provide recommendations for their adoption.

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop solution budgets and timelines.
• Ensure technical solutions align with project objectives and delivery expectations.
• Lead and mentor developers and architects, providing guidance and support to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.
• Coordinate team efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Support the professional development of direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and career guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or a similar role in IT or software consulting.
• Hands-on experience with software development and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (Salesforce Loyalty Management), including implementation, configuration, and support of loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
