Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Workday HCM Technical professional to design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday HCM solutions and integrations. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services to connect payroll, benefits, finance, and other enterprise apps.

You will participate in unit testing, SIT/UAT, and production validation while ensuring data security and appropriate access controls. The role is hybrid in India with shifting schedules to support global operations.

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday HCM technical solutions.
• Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Collaborate with functional teams across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and other Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday HCM technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as payroll, benefits, finance, identity management, and other enterprise applications.
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes, notifications, validations, condition rules, and approvals.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced reports.
• Work with Workday RaaS and Workday APIs for data extraction and system integrations.
