Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Oracle Database professional to lead design, implementation and maintenance of Oracle databases across our enterprise. You will mentor junior DBAs, establish standards, and drive tuning initiatives to optimize performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires solid Oracle experience, strong SQL skills, and a proactive approach to staying updated with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer-related field.
• Relevant Oracle database certifications are a plus.
• Strong experience in Oracle databases and SQL scripting required.
