Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Workday HCM functional consultant in a hybrid role in India. You will gather requirements, design and configure Workday HCM solutions, and perform gap analyses to optimize HR processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance to drive successful implementations and post-go-live support. You should bring strong knowledge of Workday HCM, English proficiency, and a relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree, plus Oracle Cloud certification to enable
