Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant to drive implementation and optimization of HCM processes. You will gather requirements, configure modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions.

You will run workshops, manage security and staffing models, and support data management, testing, and go-live activities in a hybrid India-based environment. Strong English, ERP experience, and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or information technology.
• Masters degree in software engineering is a plus.
• Proficient in English; experience with Workday or ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules per requirements.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate requirements into configurations.
