Responsibilities

• Work with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM: organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, supervisory organizations, worker data.
• Configure and optimize Workday Business Processes (Hire, Change Job, Termination, Transfer, Promotion).
• Perform functional configuration based on requirements and Workday best practices.
• Support Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support activities.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.
• Create functional design docs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with integration/technical teams.
