Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Workday HCM Technical Consultant to design and implement integrations, reports, and security configurations. You will collaborate with ERP teams and manage integration projects in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires hands-on Workday integration experience, EIB knowledge, and the ability to handle sensitive data. A hybrid work model in India and strong communication in English are expected.

Qualifications

• BE/MBA/M.Tech required.
• Knowledge of Workday integration concepts and EIB is mandatory.
• Experience with Workday reporting and security configuration is preferred.
