Job summary

Genpact invites an accomplished Tech Lead - Application Support to oversee a team delivering reliable, scalable support for enterprise applications. You will drive incident resolution, design robust support processes, and mentor engineers in best practices for SRE and DevOps.

Daily duties include collaborating with product, engineering, and vendor teams, maintaining clear documentation, and training staff to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computing field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with large-scale application support and SRE concepts.

Responsibilities
