Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. System Administrator in Mumbai to implement and monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, managing access, ensuring security and compliance, and collaborating with IT teams to deploy and upgrade systems.

You will develop documentation, monitor performance, and provide guidance to staff and end-users, staying updated on IT trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with emphasis on IT infrastructure.
• Proven knowledge of IT security policies and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing large IT environments and service management.
