Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead in Application Development for JAVA to lead a team of developers in building software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

The role focuses on Java-based application development with exposure to Jakarta EE, Hibernate, and modern tooling. Hybrid work model in India is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology; Masters in Software Engineering.
• Certifications include AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I.
