Job summary

Genpact invites applications for a Senior Prod Support Engineer to lead 24x7 production support for major banking engagements. You will work with development teams to resolve incidents, implement automation, and ensure system reliability across Java, Spring Boot, and UI technologies.

The role requires SRE certification, strong scripting skillset, and experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. Hybrid work setup in India is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or IT.
• Experience in leading complex Banking engagements with 24x7 production support and Development teams.
• SRE certified; Java, JavaScript (with ExtJS), Java Spring Boot, VB Script, Perl, HTML, Angular, Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Coordinate with development teams to resolve incidents and deploy fixes.
