Job summary

Hdfc Bank is seeking a Project Manager for the Tech & Digital domain in Mumbai. You will plan and manage NSI and large projects, including merchant acquiring, payment gateway, and VAS initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

You will translate business requirements into plans, monitor performance, budgets, and risks, and drive ROI through effective program management and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project management experience, banking preferred.
• Experience managing merchant acquiring/payments programs.
• Ability to coordinate with IT, Operations, and external vendors.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for merchant acquiring, payment gateway, and VAS.
• Oversee partner integration for payments, BQR, MAPS.
• Collaborate with internal teams for program management.
• Translate requirements into planning and schedules.
• Discuss requirements with Business, IT, Operations, Vendors.
• Convert functional requirements into implementation plans.
• Organize and monitor interconnected projects and MIS.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure deadlines.
• Control budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management.
• Assess program ROI and vendor solution capabilities.
• Coordinate application changes with Business, Ops, IT.
• Develop functional specs and data requirements.
• Ensure clear articulation of business needs.
• Coordinate with Project/Testing for quality and timely delivery.
