Job summary

Euronet Worldwide in Thane, India, is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in EFT switching, cards, and real-time payments. You will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor complex initiatives.

The role requires hands-on Agile project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance budgets and deadlines. A graduate or higher with PMP/CSM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• PMP or CSM certification is an advantage.
• 15+ years of relevant project management experience in EFT and payments domains.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of assigned project to ensure goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Prepare/Reviews status reports and modify schedules or plans as required. Prepare project reports for management and client.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing the overall direction and integrity of the project through project level reporting and Stakeholder meetings and reports.

Requirements

Required Skillset:

• Strong domain background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in managing/executing EFT Switching, Cards, Real Time Payments, Mobile Banking projects.
• Hands-on experience in executing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Fair understanding on underlying technology platform.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline
• Certification in PMP, CSM will be an advantage
