Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai is seeking an independent MSME Product Manager to lead the Tech Initiatives for the SME segment. You will analyze existing processes and design digital journeys using AI/tech to improve customer experience, TAT, and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities with experience in MSME product management or digital journey development, and the ability to liaise with multiple internal teams to drive business objectives through digitization.

Qualifications

• This role involves defining requirements for digital/automation journeys for MSME customers.
• Need to liaise with legal, ORM, Compliance, Credit, Policy, etc. for approvals.
• Work with internal teams to drive product improvements and create MIS/data.
• Close BRD and coordinate with tech teams for development.
• Conduct UAT and ensure production readiness; resolve live journey issues.

Responsibilities

• Independent role managing Tech Initiatives of One SME as business Product Manager.
• Digitize existing processes using AI/Tech to improve CX, TAT and efficiency.
• Understand asset-side processes to design appropriate digital journeys.

• This is an Independent role and candidate will manage the Tech Initiatives of One SME as business Product manager
• Role will require understanding the existing processes, identification of ways to digitize the same using AI / Tech to improve customer experience, TAT and efficiency
• Good knowledge on asset side is required to be able to understand the process in detail and design the digital journeys accordingly.
• Candidate is expected to be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks etc.) & have a good awareness on macroeconomic data
• Defining requirement for various digital/automation journeys for MSME customers
• Taking internal approvals from legal, ORM, Compliance, Credit, Policy, Etc.
• Work closely with various internal teams to better the product and also create relevant MIS’s/data to drive business objectives
• Closing the BRD & Liasoning with tech team for development
• Conducting UAT and production sanity testingHandling day to day challenges/queries being faced in live digital journeys and resolving them
• Focus to continually improvise the customer experience and simplification of existing journeys
• B.E., B. Tech, CA, MBA from top B school with strong analytical capabilities, good understanding of digital journeys
• Experience: 3-7 years in MSME product management Or Digital journey development Or MSME asset Sales
