Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai seeks a senior Program Manager with 10–20 years of relevant experience in Core Banking or Payments Transformation programs. You will lead large onsite-offsite delivery teams and manage budgets, risks and client engagements.

The role requires deep Core Banking domain expertise, strong governance, and travel as needed across geographies to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Programs/Transformations based on Core Banking Packages/Products.
• Strong understanding of delivering IT programs in Onsite–Offsite model.
• Certification in Program Management is a plus.
• Good understanding of Program Finance / P&L lifecycle of a Program Delivery.
• Excellent analytical abilities and team-building skills.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Program Management / Project Management for Core banking OR Payments Transformation Programs
• At least E2 level of Core Banking Expertise and understanding of domain
• Expertise in Program Planning, Execution and Monitoring for Core Banking / Payments Processing Program
• Expertise in Client Interaction & Engagement related Core Banking / Payments processing
• E1 level understanding of modern Java solutions and delivery related nuances of the same.
• E3 level understanding of a Core Banking Program delivery value chain – Solution / Gaps / Fitment , Estimation , Configuration , Delivery , User Acceptance , Data Migration , Go Live
• IT Program Contract Management

Must-Have

• Experience of delivering Programs / Transformation based on Core Banking Packages / Products
