Job summary

TTBS, part of the Tata Group, seeks a Technical Training Manager to design, develop and deliver training programs for cloud, IoT and digital solutions.

You will identify regional training needs, collaborate with agencies, implement post-training effectiveness measures, and maintain KPI reports for stakeholders.

You will also develop certifications, deliver inductions for new joiners, and keep training content up to date with market trends.

• Individual wise Capability Development Needs Identification basis business / functional needs at the regional level.


• Work directly with the identified agencies/partners to execute the learning interventions and create a continuous learning culture.


• Implement post training effectiveness framework - Track & Publish progress as per the laid-out framework, including PEPs.


• Develops employee certifications/courses to attain distinct levels of proficiency in product training.


• Maintains training data and relevant reports including weekly/monthly/yearly process KPI training reports for presentation to stakeholders.


• Will be responsible to provide product induction training to New Joiners/ Existing Employees.


• Analyse day-to-day needs for training in the team specifically to the underperforming Associates.


• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.


• Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.


• Stay up to date with the latest market trends and demands of the cloud and digital solutions.


• Technical Training Manager responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing educational curriculum and material and increasing trainees engagement with learning sessions.


• Ultimately, you will ensure all employees develop their product skills and knowledge and are able to perform their daily tasks.
