Purpose/Objective
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and executing end-to- end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across functions. This role involves strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, process optimization, and ensuring a superior candidate experience while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Strategic Talent Acquisition – Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quality and timely hiring.
- Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
- Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence – Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing partners.
- Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and data accuracy.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to leadership.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support internal and external audits related to hiring processes.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Mentor and guide junior recruiters and support staff.
- Act as a point of contact for business leaders on all talent acquisition matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Admin, IT, and Finance for smooth hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications and Experience
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a mid-to- large scale organization
- Education Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
