Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group in India is looking for a production operator based in Bengaluru to support injection molding operations. You will monitor processes, control quality, and ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining materials handling and machine upkeep.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manufacturing environment with polymer injection molding, strong teamwork, and the ability to train new joiners on company procedures and safety measures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role with Injection Molding.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.
• Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• Understanding of production metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Injection Molding machines.
• Monitor and control processes.
• Validate processes; knowledge of Polymer Injection molding.
• Handle materials: POM, PFA, PC, PE, PP, PEEK.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Utilise machines efficiently on a daily basis.
• Set up machines and maintain tools.
• Follow ISO/IATF quality systems.
• Monitor quality and meet standards.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency.
• Report production metrics.
• Train new joiners on procedures and safety.
