Job summary

Adani Green Energy Ltd. in Gujarat seeks a disciplined Site Planning Engineer to prepare and maintain detailed execution schedules, align daily/weekly fronts with the overall project plan, and communicate plans to execution teams.

You will track progress, perform variance analysis, update S-curves and productivity dashboards, and support digital tools like SAP and dashboards. 3–6 years in renewable infra with Primavera P6/MSP is mandatory.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of site-based project planning experience in renewable/infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6/MSP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of site execution, resource planning, and productivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed site execution schedules, incorporating daily/weekly work fronts, resource deployment, and material availability.
• Support the preparation of Project Micro & Micro Schedules by providing accurate ground-level inputs on resources, constraints, and planned progress.
• Develop daily/weekly work plans aligned with the overall project schedule and communicate them to execution teams.
• Track and record daily, weekly, and monthly site progress against the baseline schedule.
• Conduct regular schedule variance analysis and highlight delays, risks, and bottlenecks to site leadership.
• Update S-Curves, histograms, and productivity graphs reflecting actual site progress.
• Prepare planning MIS reports for submission to the Head Office planning team.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Quality, and Safety teams to gather progress data and ensure alignment.
• Participate in daily Toolbox meetings, weekly review meetings, and site coordination discussions.
• Collaborate with contractors/subcontractors for resource planning, work sequencing, and monitoring deliverables.
• Monitor availability and utilization of manpower, equipment, and critical materials.
• Identify shortages, resource conflicts, and inefficiencies, and escalates for timely resolution.
• Implement resource leveling at site to ensure optimal productivity.
• Identify risks impacting schedule and support delay analysis and extension of time documentation.
• Maintain updated project documents: daily progress reports, work fronts, look-ahead schedules, baselines.
• Ensure proper use of Primavera P6 had daily updates and reporting.
• Support digital tools (SAP, dashboards, mobile reporting).
