Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Mumbai to manage end-to-end vendor payments and GST compliance. This role involves coordinating with internal teams for timely settlements and maintaining strong controls.

Ideal candidates will bring 6–10 years of AP experience, solid MS Excel skills, and proven leadership of a small team while ensuring accuracy and timely MIS reporting.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Invoice Processing (PO & Non-PO)
  GST knowledge: B2B, B2C, ITC, RCM and related compliance
  MSME Act compliance and payment monitoring
  Follow-up for outstanding schedules and open PO closures
  Vendor coordination for closure of pending invoices, open PO, NDCs, GST issues and reconciliation items
  Preparation and analysis of MIS, Monthly Provision, trackers and management reports
  Coordination with internal stakeholders for payment processing and issue resolution
  Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements and process governance
  Team management and mentoring of 5-7 team members
