Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Team Leader for its Wealth Relationship Management desk in Surat. You will lead a team of Wealth Relationship Managers, drive revenue targets, and ensure high-quality advisory and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a strong personal track record in HNI/UHNI client acquisition, build durable relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products, and mentor team members to sustain AUM growth.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership with a track record of achieving AUM and revenue targets.
• Experience in acquiring HNI/UHNI clients and growing relationships.
• Experience with mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products; must ensure advisory quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to meet revenue targets.
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI/UHNI clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention.
