The role emphasizes acquiring high-net-worth clients (HNI/UHNI), ensuring advisory quality, adherence to regulatory standards, and fostering AUM growth and client retention within a performance-driven team.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
• Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention
• Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products
• Ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team
