Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader for its Wealth Relationship Management desk, reporting to the Regional Head / Wealth Head. You will lead a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and drive client growth.

The role focuses on acquiring new HNI/UHNI clients, expanding relationships, and ensuring advisory quality and regulatory compliance across the team to deliver sustained AUM growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a wealth management team

• Strong experience delivering AUM and revenue growth, with retention focus
