The role focuses on expanding relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products while ensuring advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Proof of team leadership and revenue achievement is expected.
• Strong track record in acquiring HNI/UHNI clients and growing AUM.
• Experience in wealth management products and advisory quality controls.

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
- Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention
- Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products
- Ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team

Success metrics: team revenue targets, AUM growth, new HNI / UHNI client acquisition, client retention and team productivity improvement.
