The role reports to the Regional Head / Wealth Head and focuses on building and guiding a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to meet revenue targets through strategic client engagement and portfolio growth. The position requires proven leadership with a strong personal track record in HNI/UHNI acquisition and demonstrated AUM growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention.
• Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products.
• Ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team.
